    Our family absolutely loves this place ! They have such a large variety of pet supplies, just about everything you could imagine and more. The people there are super nice and helpful, and the prices are very fair. Our adult son, who lives closer to downtown and has two beautiful chocolate labs, he is constantly popping over to their central location behind Monument Cafe to get "Rosie and Stella" food, treats, and toys. If you've never been over there, you should definitely check it out :)

    Came for the self dog wash and it was amazing! Friendly workers explained how it worked. They provided all the supplies,soap,towels,treats! I like how it’s an individual room (my dog isn’t the best around other dogs) so it made me feel better that we had our own room. Would definitely come back!

    Highly recommend! Our dog did so well in the dog wash. Everything is there that you need- treats, shampoo, towel etc. The tub area has a little door and latch. Our dog struggles with baths, but she liked this very much! Bought two collars and a brush also. They treated our dog like a Queen. Thanks so much for the great experience.

    First and foremost, I want to convey my sincere appreciation to all of the afternoon Wag Heaven Staff. I brought in our family pet to give her a bath and etc. This was my first visit with Ava our female mix Bassett Hound / Old English Bulldog. The Wag Heaven gentleman took us directly to bath shower room that was vacant. The room was very clean and detailed accordingly. After completing in bathing Ava we both treated with great respect and thanked both Ava and I in choosing Wag Heaven for our pet needs. I give Wag Heaven five STARS for Ava’s services.     It was our first time bathing our Golden here. The staff was super helpful, provided towels and even let us use one of their brushes. Super clean place, user friendly, with treats for our dog! For the price... definitely a place to go!! We strongly recommend it. We are looking forward to our next time here.

    Went here for the first time today and had a great experience! We did the self-service dog wash and I really liked that the bays were in individual rooms. The room was clean and they supplied all the supplies I needed. The cashier was super nice and helpful, he gave me a punch card (buy 10 get one free) and told me about the dog wash happy hour. I WILL be back soon!

  • We have a 16 year old cat that has..

    We have a 16 year old cat that has be diagnosed with possible kidney condition. She has become a REAL finicky eater. Damien and female manager (I'll update with a name when I find out) have been very helpful with trying to find something the cat will eat that is also healthy for her. The will take back food that the cat refuses to eat. That is really unexpected these days and shows how much they care for our pets.
