RETURN POLICY

 

Did that new food you ordered not sitting well with Fido? Or did you not need that extra toy you bought? No worries! You can always return it! We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Food - we accept returns of food if they are processed within 14 days of purchase. Just let us know or stop by the store with the food and we can get you a refund or exchange. Don't worry about the leftover food as it'll be donated to a local shelter! Just make sure there is at least 50% or more left or we will not be able to process the return.
• Non-Food - we accept returns of non-food items if they are unused in the original packaging within 30 days.
